Registration is now open!
Great news! We will have two booths in 2016 as we did in 2015. One will be located at Rossmeyers at destination Daytona and also one at the Daytona International Speedway. We will have 3 shifts each day with each shift lasting 3 1/2 hours. You will be assigned to a location based on needs. The shifts will begin Friday March 4th @ 8:30 am. Shifts will be from 8:30 am – 12: pm, 11:30 am – 3:00 pm, 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm daily. The drawing for the bike will take place at approximately 5:30 pm on Saturday March 12th, 2016.
We are asking that you sign up for at least 3 shifts during the rally. We understand there will be special needs and we will accommodate those as we can.
There will be two different levels of registration this year to better accommodate everyone. If you are interested in working the booth, but do not need meals or lodging you will be able to register at a lower cost. You will be able to add lodging and/or meals to your registration, if you desire, and the cost will be automatically adjusted. There is a early registration period (10/19 thru 1/15) and also a late registration period (1/16 thru 2/15) which will include a higher registration fee. Of course you will be able to mix and match meals and/or lodging with any of those options resulting in a myriad of possibilities.

Also we will only be accepting individual registrations rather than team registrations. This will allow us to communicate with all registrants directly, resulting in a better flow of accurate information to everyone. After a shift reaches 25-30 volunteers it will be removed as a selection, enabling scheduling to be simplified. The earlier you register the better chance you will get your requested shifts and the more money you will save.
You will also be able to order t-shirts at the time of your registration. Due to the various registration packages, t-shirts will not be included in registration, however if you order (no limit) at the time of registration they will only be $10.00. T-shirts ordered outside of the registration process will be $16.50. Also instead of shipping the t-shirts they will be distibuted upon your arrival at Daytona which will save considerable monies for the event plus lessen the possibility of wrong sizes. Rather than receiving a registration packet in the mail each volunteer will receive the necessary information via email. Lanyards, t-shirts, etc. will be passed out upon your arrival in Daytona.

No refunds after December 31st…we will issue refunds if requested prior to December 31st.
